TOS violations – images

Processing image TOS violations.

1. Create a new thread in the Coordinator forum and title it, [Image title] - [Member name] – [TOS violation]

2. State why you feel the image is a TOS violation, e.g. "Explicit sexual content displayed in the image."

3. Cut and paste link to the image into the thread.

4. Check the member's account for any previous issues from this member. Cut and paste the member record into the thread.

5. Take no further action for 24 hours, unless directed by Admin, to allow Staff to provide feedback/vote. (Staff is defined as, Admin/Moderators/Coordinators). There are occasionally extended discussions that may exceed the 24-hour period. Take no action until there is a clear consensus as to the proper course of action to take. Admin can override a vote based on policy guidelines.

6. If the image is adjudicated by the majority to be acceptable, take no further action.

7. If the image is adjudicated by the majority as a TOS violation, compose a site mail to the member using the following example:

8. [username]

[State the specific section of the TOS the image violates]

Please take the time to review Renderosity's Terms of Service

Please refrain from posting images of this type in the future. This warning has been noted in your member record.

9. Update the members record on the Member Management Page.
