• Reports Summary: This is the default page you will land on when entering your VCR. It displays your Account Summary and current month sales. Sales: Sales for the current month are listed here. You also have the ability to select a specific month, year, item and buyer to generate other sales reports. Product Sales: This page will display total sales numbers for all of your products. Credit Account: This page displays any payments, in-store purchases and previous month balances that were not paid out. Clearance: This report will display a list of items currently in the Warehouse/Clearance section. Wishlists: This report will display a list of items and show you how many members have them on their Wishlists. Tools Advertising: Free banner ads can be uploaded here. Banner ad dimensions should be 468 X 60 in JPG, GIF, or SWF format and a max file size of 25kb. Store Sales: Individual item and store sales are controlled from this page. You can place as many single products as you like or your entire store on sale with discounts of up to 30% off the retail price. Products appearing on a members Private or Public Wishlist will receive an automated E-Mail informing them that your product has been placed on sale. This will only take place for scheduled sales. E-Mail Buyers: Communicate with your previous buyers from this page. Links Upload Product: Select this option to upload a new Shippable or Digital item to the testing queue. My Vendor Details: This option will let you change your vendor details such as mailing address, Minimum payment amount, and Payment Preference. My Store: This option will take you to your store front. My Purchases: This option will take you to your Purchases Account page where you can view your Orders, Item Details for each order, Gifts Received, Gift Certificate Codes, Wishlists and Subscription services. Product List: This option will display all of your items with a Held, Pending or Active status. Selecting Edit to the right of each product name allows you to modify your products promotional images and promotional data. Selecting Edit Product Files from the Edit page will allow you to download your product ZIP file(s). Product Reviews: This option lists all Product Review data.
