We asked the community to design, create, and submit an emoji to the Renderosity Emoji Contest.
The written language, while a valuable tool to convey messages, lacks the most important elements of communication between people – nuance and body language. As email and text messaging grew to historically unparalleled heights in written communication, so did misunderstandings in text.
To fill that gap, in November 1997, the first emoji set was released. That first emoji set included 90 emoji characters, and has since grown to thousands of distinct emojis. Now the Renderosity community has created a set of personalized emoji.
From all of us at Renderosity - we'd like to thank everyone who participated in yet another great contest. It's contests like these that further demonstrate the diversity and talent that helps make the Renderosity Community such an exciting place for those who share a passion for digital artistry.
The entries have been submitted and community voting has been calculated. Please scroll down to see the chosen winners. Congratulations to those who are walking away with some great prizes!
