Contest theme:

The Dark Faction is in need of a new web based theme for the website to make it more eye pleasing and at the same time give off the natural Dark Gothic look that it needs. There is no HTML or any other Web Coding needed, all that were looking for is a base theme image to use for the websites design. We have been trying to come up with a new theme for the past month and have hand no success in developing one as of yet so we decided to hold a contest and let the users help come up with a theme for the website.

The Theme of the images should be based off of Dark Gothic, around the 1200-1600 era, Mythical and Fantasy (like Dragonlance, or other AD&D style art) are welcome as long as it sticks to the Dark Gothic style.

Contest Rules:

• Any and all programs can be used.
• Submitted images must be between 1024 by 768 and 1280 by 1024 in jpg format for the contest ( the winner will be contacted for the PSD, PSP or TIF file) Please make sure you save your work.
• The winning images will be scaled down as needed by Dark Faction to fit the site.
• The images can contain text to show how the display of text/buttons will be, however, if your image does contain text, make sure the text is on it's own layer in your master document and in PSP or PSD format.
• Thumbnail size must not be larger than 100 X 100 pixels.
• All submissions must fall within Renderosity's TOS.
• Image(s) Must be Dark Gothic theme.
• Contest will be open to all members, this means Mods and Administration too.
• There will be 3 winners, The first place winner will get there image(s) used on the Dark Faction site.
• The contest will start on 10-08-02 and end on 11-08-02 Midnight RST (Renderosity Standard Time)
• Each member can submit one theme, this can be more than one image but must be one theme IE: If you have 6 images (one for each page of the site, Main page, Tutorials, Updates, Resources, Top ten, Guest book. and so on.).
• The Creator of the image(s) will still have full rights to the image with the exception that the image(s) can be used souly for the design and creation of The Dark Faction website and Dark Factions Promotional Merchandise (shirts, cups, etc. to be given away free). When the Credits page goes up, and in the copyrights page, the Creator of the site theme will be listed along with a link to there website or email if wanted.
• First place winner must deliver PSD, PSP or TIF file before prizes will be awarded. If files are not delivered, first place winner will forfeit and the prizes will move on the the next in line.
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place prizes will be shipped out to winners from Renderosity on CD.

Xurge Spell Caster	This set contains 16 Smart Prop Armour Peices for Victoria with Templates, Textures and 4 MAT Pose files. ElectricAardvark's Geo-Fantasy Swampalope

The geo character is created from all original geometry. The body is one continous mesh with the antlers, and eyes extracted and converted to props. The tongue is a high resolution mesh utilizing "EasyPose" by Ajax, so difficult poses can be done with only a couple of dial turns. This figure comes with a standard 2000 x 2000 texture and Bump mps in TIF format and the templates to design your own.

ElectricAardvark's TurboTWS

Turbo the Wonder Slug is a totally new figure. The tail, tongue, and neck use Easy Pose so complicated poses can be achieved with only a few dial turns. Two textures are included: 1 creature texture, and 1 toonish texture, both with MAT_Poses. Turbo also includes an eye blink morph and a morph to retract the tongue into the snout. Turbo's physical size is only 30% that of the standard character...so he's small. (He's supposed to be...he is a slug after all) Library images are in png format, sorry no RSR's.
