Renderosity T-Shirt Design Contest!

Renderosity needs your help in designing a cutting-edge graphic idea for our next run of Renderosity gear! In August, we'll be looking to re-stock our inventory of Renderosity T-Shirts and are looking for an inspired group of artists to submit their best work.

Not to worry - we don't have any pre-conceived notions of what this graphic might look like. It might be an image, a line of text or a combination of the two. We do, however, know that with gray t-shirts you may want to create your piece a bit on the lighter side and avoid darker colors that may not show as well against this color. You should also be prepared to have this piece be scaled to 10 inches x 12 inches at 300 d.p.i.

Who knows...Maybe your submission will end up being on a piece of Renderosity clothing and become part of the colorful history of our Community! If you're chosen, you'll also walk away with a $100 Renderosity Gift Certificate, a Renderosity branded bag and (of course) a new shirt.

*Please know that although a winner WILL be chosen and awarded the prizes mentioned above, Renderosity reserves the right to not use any of the submitted designs for this particular project.

General Contest Rules:

All members can enter, except contest manager and Admins. Any software program can be used. Start: July 5, 2013. End: Friday, August 9, 2013 at 10:00 am [CDT] (Renderosity Server Time).. Winner announced: Wednesday, August 14, 2013. Entries MUST be time-stamped by August 9, 2013 at 10:00 am[CST], or they will not be accepted. 1 entry per person. Entries MUST be new artwork not previously posted online, or anywhere else publicly. Entries MUST NOT appear online anywhere else during the contest or until the Contest Winners have been Posted. Winner's Announcement will be posted on the Renderosity FrontPage and this official contest page. A panel of Renderosity Admin will judge this contest.

Entry Specifications:

Image size must be no larger than 10 x 12 in. pdf, eps, or vector file format. [300 dpi] Thumbnail Image: MUST be included 100x100pixels in .jpeg or .gif format. Here is a helpful tutorial on
How to make Full Image Thumbnails Both the Full size image and the thumbnail are required as well as the file. Entries (entrants can enter but not with the same entry image that previously won) must not have previously won a Renderosity Contest. All images must comply with Renderosity's Terms of Service for thumbnails. No Nudity is allowed on thumbnail and full image All entries will remain anonymous. You cannot sign your real name nor Renderosity username on your image or in the description. Any signed images, will not be accepted. Images/files that do not follow the contest rules or our Terms of Service will be removed. The color black will not show well as the shirts will be gray in color.

We recommend not waiting until the end of the contest to upload your entry. It is common for upload and/or approval complications to arise. Please give yourself ample time to correct your entry, if need be. Corrections will NOT be accepted if they are not time stamped by August 9,2013 (10:00 am).

Additional Information:

All prize winners must supply Renderosity with their real name, email address, and mailing address for prize distribution and registration. Prizes may not be swapped for any other items. By entering this contest, you agree that all submission may be used by Renderosity for promotional purposes: online, digital, in print, on CD, or in any other medium. By submitting your entry into this contest you are granting Renderosity the right to retain your entry in it's archive and to display the entry within this community to promote Renderosity or future contests held. By submitting this form, you agree that you are authorized to grant Renderosity the permission to use of your image in print advertising, promotions or website usage. The Artist will remain the intellectual property holder of their images.
