2013's v.9 Terrain Challenge

- You must use the specific Terrain file for each months
challenge
- Minimal Postwork, such as resizing, contrast, brightness,
sharpening is allowed. NOT allowed is the use of filters and masks
which includes borders or special effects. Also please use Terragen
version 0.9X. Any other images rendered in Technology Preview or
any Version of v2 will not be accepted at this time.

- You may not alter the terrain in any way.
- Final entries must be done in Terragen, either registered or
unregistered.
- The contest is open to all Renderosity members
- Please keep the images to a maximum of 1024 pixels by
768 pixels and not more than 200 KB
- Thumbnails must be no larger than 100 by 100
pixels
- The Challenge starts the 1st day of the first month and
ends on the16th of the 2nd month at Midnight Renderosity
Time
- Multiple entries per contestant is allowed.
- The Challenge is anonymous, so please do not post your
challenge entries in the main gallery.
- The winner will provide the next months terrain file, subject
to approval by the challenge manager
- Good luck to every one.
- Voting will take place in the Terragen Forum, after the close
of the challenge and is open to all Renderosity Members
- Voting will begin on the17th of the 2nd month and will
close on the 21st of the month at Midnight Renderosity
Time
- Voting will be as follows, 5 points for your favorite,3 points
for second and 1 for third.
- Entrants are required to
vote! Failing to do so will exclude their entry from the
challenge!
- You may NOT vote for your own image
- The use of "clone accounts" for voting is strictly
forbidden
- The winners will be posted shortly after voting ends
- The Challenge manager will decide the winner in the case of a
tie for first place
- The winner will provide a 512x512 terrain file, subject to the
approval of the challenge manager
- Announcement of the winners will take place in the Terragen
Forum only
Artists grant permission to Renderosity for the use of the
submitted images for an undetermined period of time. This is
strictly for posting the image on the front page and within the
contest archives. The Artists will remain the intellectual property
holder
