February Poser Forum Challenge "Valentine"

Contest theme:

Challenge theme is "Valentine". Convey the idea of Valentine's Day to others. Can be a portrait, kitty cat with a box of chocolates, a dinner scene, whatever. Goal is to make the viewer think of Valentine's Day. In this challenge, backdrop images are allowed. Models other than the standard Poser models are allowed. Postwork is allowed.

Contest Rules:

• Final render must be in Poser, any version.
• No nudity, implied sexuality, or violence. Lets keep it clean.
• Check here for more descriptive rules and always remember the TOS.
• Open to all Renderosity members.
• Please keep the images to a maximum of 800 pixels across by 600 pixels down and not more than 100k.
• Thumbnail size must not be larger than 100 X 100 pixels.
• Challenge starts Jan. 25, 2003 and ends Feb. 11 at midnight Renderosity time.
• One image per person. Feel free to post your WIP's in the forum for feedback.
• When you're happy with it, enter your final image here.
• The winner picks the next month's theme subject to approval by the challenge managers.

Judging / Voting:

• Voting will take place in the forum in a special thread after the challenge closes. Voting will be from Feb. 12th-13th and will close according to the notes in the thread. The winners will be posted for Valentine's day.
• Voting is open to all Poser Forum members.
• In the thread, give 3 points to the best image, 2 points to the next best and 1 point to your third best choice.
• First place winner will be the one with the most points. Second and Third place accordingly.
• First place winner picks the theme for the next month, subject to approval with the challenge managers.
• Announcement of winners will be in the Poser forum as well as on the challenge page.

Prizes:

• First place - Soft F/X 4. PC only, my apology to the mac folks.
  

Artists grant permission to Renderosity for the use of submitted images for an undetermined period of time. This is strictly for posting the image on the front page and within the contest archives. The Artist will remain the intellectual property holder.
