2020 January Community Calendar Contest

General Contest Rules:

• All Renderosity members are eligible to enter including Vendors and Admin.
• Any software program can be used.
• Submissions will be open beginning on Monday, December 3rd at 10:00am (cst) and will end at 10:00am (cst) on Wednesday, January 2nd.
• Community voting will begin on Thursday, January 3rd at 10:00am (cst) and will close at 10:00am (cst) on Thursday, January 17th.
• Winners will be announced on Thursday, January 31st 2019.
• Entries MUST be time-stamped by Wednesday, January 2nd 9:59am (cst), or they will not be accepted. Only one (1) entry per person.
• Entries MUST be new artwork not previously posted online, or anywhere else publicly.
• Entries MUST NOT appear online anywhere else during the contest or until the Contest Winner has been posted.
• Winner's Announcement will be posted in the Renderosity News Section and this official contest page.

Entry Specifications:

• Image size must be 11.10 in x 8.63 in to allow for a bleed in .jpeg format (72 dpi).
• Thumbnail image must be maximum of 300 pixels (wide) x 350 pixels (height) in .jpeg or .gif format (72 dpi).
• Both the full-size image and the thumbnail are required to enter.
• Entries of previously winning submissions will not be accepted.
• All images must comply with Renderosity's Terms of Service for thumbnails.
• No Nudity is allowed on the thumbnail and/or full image.
• All entries will remain anonymous.
• You cannot sign your real name, nor Renderosity username, on your image or in the description. Any signed images, will not be accepted.
• Images that do not follow the contest rules or our Terms of Service will be removed.
• Vote soliciting will not be tolerated. Entrants that solicit votes will be disqualified without warning. This includes, but is not limited to, emailing and site-mailing members.
• We recommend not waiting until the end of the contest to upload your entry. It is common for upload and/or approval complications to arise.
• Corrections will NOT be accepted if they are not time stamped by 9:59am (cst) on Wednedsay, January 2nd. Please give yourself ample time to correct your entry if need be.
• By uploading your image, you are agreeing that this is your original work.

• The winners will be selected by the community.
• All clone votes will be removed.

Additional Information:

Grand Prize Winners MUST provide a 11.10 in x 8.63 in (300 dpi) image for printing.

All prize winners must supply Renderosity with their real name, email address and mailing address for prize distribution and registration.

By entering this contest, you agree that your submission(s) may be used by Renderosity for promotional purposes. This may include; online, digital, print, on CD or in any other medium. By submitting your entry into this contest you are granting Renderosity the right to retain your entry in its archive and to display the entry within this community to promote Renderosity and/or future contests held.

By submitting this form, you agree that you are authorized to grant Renderosity the permission to use of your image in print advertising, promotions or website usage. The Artist will remain the intellectual property holder of their images.
