renders FLAMEWORTHY?
Burn up a kiss, a face, or the entire place with this free
UltimateFIRE� CandleFLAME FireCORE from RomanceWORKS and
win a few 'RenderBucks' in the process. This 'HOT' contest begins
June 1, 2003 and ends July 1, 2003. The community will select the
top 10 entries, and RomanceWORKS� will pick the top 3, and
announce the winners on July 15th 2003.
Contest
Rules:
* Download the free UltimateFIRE�
CandleFLAME FireCORE for Poser� here
* Create your image in Poser using the free UltimateFIRE�
CandleFLAME FireCORE as the only light source.
* Static images only, animations are excluded.
* All works must be original.
* Final render must be in Poser, any version.
* Postwork is allowed. (any program/s can be used)
* All submissions must fall within Renderosity's TOS.
* Keep Image size under 800 x 800 pixels
* Thumbnail size should be 100 x 100
* Only 1 submission per member allowed
* Posting submissions to galleries during contest is allowed
* Open to all Renderosity members including mods, testers, and the
magazine team including Admin and Bondware staff.
* Voting by the community 7/2 - 7/9
* The top 10 highest voted entries get selected
* RomanceWORKS� decides the final three winners 7/14
* Announcement is made on 7/15 through Renderosity newsletter and
on the front page.
Judging / Voting:
* Voting will start July 2, 2003 and ends July 9, 2003 and will be
a open vote by the members where the top ten images will be
selected. The judges will select the top 3 winners from that list
and announce the winners on July 15, 2003.

Racin-Jason says ... Here's a render that one actually needs to look at for awhile in order to appreciate its symmetry, style and careful planning. It's technically almost perfect as far as the amount of ambient light from the flame of the candle, with the majority of the candescence being centered on the damsel's upper torso. Her expression is one of a knowing satisfaction - which sort of reminds me of the cat who ate the rat and...hey, anybody seen my little white.... RomanceWorks says
