• Who Is Eligible To Enter?
  Open to all registered Vue users, except Renderosity staff.
  
• When Does It Start?
  The contest starts on December 1, 2003 and will end on January 15, 2004: 5:00 a.m. Renderosity time.
  
• How Will The Winners Be Determined?
  A pre-vote will be organized from January 16 to Janauary 18, 2004. Only participants to this contest can vote. The 10 best images will then be submitted for a final vote to the Renderosity staff (Administrators, Moderators and Coordinators) and the winners will be announced on January 25.

  RULES: Please Read Carefully!
  
• Your contest image must show a "snowy" Landscape created and rendered in Vue, any version, except the Demo.
• You "can" use imported objects,
  However, If you want to use any life forms, you must limit it to "2" figures (people and/or animals) in your image!
• IMPORTANT: Remember the theme is the landscape, not the figure or the animal!.
• No Postwork is allowed - At ALL.
• Entries must be related to the contest theme.
  No seascape
  No cityscape
  Horror images are not allowed.
  Nudity is not allowed.
  All images must be within Renderosity's Terms of Service.
• Static images ONLY. Images MUST NOT EXCEED 800 pixels wide x 800 pixels high.
• Images Must Not Exceed 250 KB in file size. Images may be smaller, but must not exceed these guidelines.
• A thumbnail MUST be included; thumbnails MUST NOT EXCEED 100 pixels x 100 pixels and Not More then 12 KB in file size.
• Images MUST be in .JPEG (.jpg) format ONLY.
• All images MUST be created and rendered entirely with Vue d'Esprit 2, 3, 4 or Vue 4 Professional.
• Only ONE image per person please - even if that person has multiple Renderosity accounts. In cases of multiple entries through clone member accounts, all entries in question will be disqualified.
• POSTWORK IS NOT ALLOWED - AT ALL!!! The contest manager reserves the right to request the original scene for comparison to the submitted image.
• All works must be your original works, and cannot have been posted anywhere on the Internet
  [This means they cannot be published on your personal Web Site, nor your Renderosity Gallery],
  prior to the contest, or during the contest! Contest entries will only be allowed to be posted elsewhere AFTER the final judging and the winners have been selected.
• This contest is anonymous. Don't sign your image
• In uploading, you need to include in the Text Box, in the following order:
  . 1. Title of the picture
  . 2. Vue d'Esprit Version used
  Nothing else!
• Artists grant permission to Renderosity for the use of submitted images for an undetermined period of time. This is strictly for posting the image on the front page and within the contest archives. The Artist will remain the intellectual property holder. By entering this contest, I agree to all of the above guidelines and rules. I understand that the Contest Manager has the right to accept or decline any submitted images, based on these guidelines and rules.
