Fractal March Challenge
Theme: "A Fractal Easter"
Baskets and bunnies and inspirations divine! Image must be composed
of a fractal, and depict a Fractal Easter. Any amount of postwork
allowed, imported models, and or backgrounds, can be used,
However the main focus of the image MUST
be a Fractal.
Click here for the THEME thread. Final render must has some
element of a Fractal, any version. No nudity, implied sexuality, or
violence. All images must adhere to
Renderosity's
Terms Of Service. Open to all Renderosity members. Please
keep the images to a maximum of
800 pixels by
600
pixels and not more than
150k. Thumbnails
MUST be
included, and must be the correct size: 100 X 100 pixels. Challenge
starts "Thursday, March 4, 2004" Challenge ends "Monday, March 29,
2004"
at 5PM [Renderosity
time]. One image per person. Image must be a new work,
and not previously posted in the gallery The winner picks the next
month's theme subject to approval by the challenge managers.
Judging / Voting:
Voting closed Voting will take place in the Fractal
forum in this thread, and is open to all forum members. Only The
Voting that appears
within the Fractal Forum Thread are the
only valid votes that will count! Voting will begin at close of the
challenge and will be open until "Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at
5PM Renderosity time". First
place winner picks the theme for the next month, subject to
approval with the challenge managers. Announcement of winners will
be in the Fractal forum as well as on the challenge page.
Voting Rules The winners will be posted the day after the
close of voting.
The Voting Thread is Posted assign points
in the following manner:
- 3 points to the best image,
2 points to the next best
1 point to your third best choice.
First place winner will be the one with the most points. Second and
Third place accordingly.
Artists grant permission to Renderosity for the use of submitted
images for an undetermined period of time. This is strictly for
posting the image on the front page and within the contest
archives. The Artist will remain the intellectual property
holder.
