I call this "Waiting For The First Cut", read into that what you want. It is my first submission. I have been doing art all of my life, but computer art for only about three months. Every element in this piece was done by me, except for the news paper. It was all done in PhotoShop.I hope you enjoy it, Happy Halloween!!!
