I'VE LEARNT FROM THE MOVIES NOT TO SUMMON UP DEMONS.. approx 3 days I used poser 2012 to create the scene and octane to render , total time spent on image was approx 3 hours . Mainly inspired by ' I spit on your grave ' Evil Dead and the excorcist . Goodluck .
