What I learned most by watching scary movies: Watching Horror movies just before bedtime is not such a great idea. They allow your mind to manipulate the Subconscious and manufacture all sorts of terrible heart pumping nightmares. At least my mind does anyways. Good Luck and Happy Halloween to Everyone.
