To me, Dawn is a beautiful and strong character. The image that immediately came to my mind when I saw this challenge was as Dawn as a type of futuristic heroine. I decided on a Steampunk theme, as I think it fits the character of Dawn perfectly, a new, strong female character rising out of the old. I rendered Dawn in Poser 9 and decided to not do any morphs on her face as I think she is beautiful on her own. It took me approximately 6 hours to get the pose, clothing, hair, lighting and the camera just right, and approximately 30 minutes to render. Photoshop CS6 was used for composition and painting in back lighting and halo/glow effect around Dawn to make her stand out. Total time it took to create the full image, 8 hours.
