In the old days you used to get an apple or an orange for Christmas in your stocking, nowadays we'd love an Apple! The inspiration for this came when I hear folks complaining about how extravagant we are at Christmas compared to the old days - how true that is! The scene was set up in Daz Studio and then rendered in Octane with some post colour correction done in Photoshop. The character is the Genesis 2 Female with custom morphs applied. The tree was a blender file (from BlendSwap) by Mikel007 exported as an obj and then imported into Daz Studio. Finally the iPhone model is by amy_aimei which can be found here in the freestuff section at Renderosity. Initial concept to completed render took about 4-5 hours over a couple of days.
