Photography Holiday Contest 2013: "Gift Wrap This"

I used Lightroom 5 to process this image. I was inspired by the play of light and shadows that the tree and light create on the walls. I used a flashlight to light paint the star on the tree. It took a few tries to get it right and not spill any light on the walls behind the tree. From start to finish it took me about 1.5 hours.
