"Holiday Windows"  Even high rise dwellers can have outdoor decorations, although there are different takes on what the season is about.  The image was assembled from various royalty free stock images, using Photoshop CS5.  "Ron's Winter Brushes" was used for the icicle and Particle Illusion for the snow.
