Coral the Mermaid.

I used Daz3d,

Coral Mermaid,

Tuliphair & Leytonhair.

Render took about an hour in Daz3d with Iray.

Added the water effect to give it that

under water look.

Finished it with Photoshop CC 2015 with Underwater Action

and added a little more.
