My medieval fantasy world would be bright, happy, and full of magic.  This is one of the large fortresses and a major center of commerce, filled with people coming and going.  The statues are rumored to be magic.  It is said that they come to life to defend the castle whenever it is threatened by enemies.


This image was created with Daz Studio, rendered in pieces, and put together with Gimp.  It took 17 hours to make, not including rendering time.  (The pieces were left to render overnight a few times, so I'm unsure how long the actual rendering took.)
