The inspiration for this entry actually came from my grandmother. When I was a little girl she would tell me stories about terrifying sorceresses who lived deep in the caverns of Virginia. These witches practiced the darkest of magick and were able to command demons and ghouls to do their bidding. To see one of these evil sorceresses would be the last thing you'd see. She warned that exploring caves anywhere could be dangerous, because these dark sorceresses were known to inhabit other caves as well those in Virginia and you never knew where one would reside. On a side note, this may be where my utter fear of dark small spaces and caves has come from.
About the entry itself: I used Daz Studio 4.9 and rendered in Iray. I used Photoshop only to size the image. This image took over 8 hours to compose, get the positions and look of the sorceress character right and endless correcting of skin texture (on the sorceress), lighting and the camera position, as well as dealing with a couple program crashes. Total render time once everything was right: 4 1/2 hours.
