From the depths of the earth she came - a terrifying creature. She can be found scavenging around the dead. Only some have seen her. Few have lived to tell the tale.

Creating this scene was fun and my daughter and husband refused to look at her because they said: "This is the stuff that nightmares are made off." When I heard that, I knew I was on the right track. I rendered the scene in Iray but it looked empty. I wanted to create a feeling of being caught or trapped. The severed head was added in the last render. 

It took about 4 hours in planning the scene, another 9 hours to render and 1 hour post-work.
