What would really make Christmas special this year would be peace between all the people, regardless of color, ethnicity, national origin, etc., especially after all the anger from the recent election. I think Santa, being a secular holiday figure, is a symbol of that hope for universal brotherhood at Christmastime.

The figure began life in DAZ Studio, but the coloring of the clothes, the fur and parts of the background, along with other touches, was done in Photoshop. Took most of the day (largely due to interruptions). I'd say about 10 hours total.
