This is Cake, who takes her name from her favorite food before the fall of civilization. She'd really like to get a proper oven working again so she can learn to bake.

Created in Daz Studio 4.9, with postwork in Photoshop/Topaz Labs. I took inspiration from the End of Ages background set, recent anime I've watched, and one of my favorite character tropes, the girl mechanic.
