So, here is my interpretation of Generational Horror Wars ... incorporating monsters from various eras (classic to 80's to modern) facing off in dark alley in some small corner of the planet. A nameless "regular Joe" is our first victim, but quickly the tables are turned ... How do they like be hunted?
This started off conceptually as an animation, then I realized (or so I thought) I wouldn't have time, so it became a 3D Still Project. Then the deadline was extended and gave me the "extra wind beneath my wings" to move forward (in a mad rush). I spent the better part of two weeks in total, some very long nights. I have no idea how many hours, but definitely a work-week's worth.
But I love Halloween , it has always gotten the creative juices flowing for me. Something about the mystery and the perceived "danger" of the season makes for interesting subject matter. One of my first animations (if not the first) was Halloween-themed.
I used Poser Pro 11, Vue Infinite 11.5, Photoshop, After Effects, Edius, SF Pro, and probably some things I'm forgetting.
