What inspired you? While shopping for art supplies for my daughter, I happened upon a pad of blank postcards for making watercolor postcards. An image of Santa starting his flight silhouetted by the moon and witnessed by deer in a winter forest came to mind: a buck, doe, and fawn. Then, I thought, it would be more hope inspiring if the fawn was Rudolf while he was still too young to fulfill his destiny. All together, this is a Christmas postcard simply titled "One Day You Will". I chose a 16:9 ratio to make it suitable for a digital wallpaper as well.

How long it took to create the image? As a hobbyist, my time spent enjoying the process of creating is balanced with other obligations. This image took 5 days (part time) to create and finalize.
