'TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS

AND ALL THROUGH THE WORKSHOP

IMPATIENT ELVES WERE IN A PANIC

CAUSE THEIR NEW SYSTEM WAS A FLOP


SANTA JUST WASN'T UNDERSTANDING

HOW TO USE HIS NEW GPS

AND HE WANTED HIS OLD LISTS BACK

NOT THIS NEW DATABASE


Tech upgrades are a fact of life for everyone, even Santa's workshop... But even the best intended upgrades can run into snags, as any good IT person knows.   Santa in this case just did not like the new NON2017 (Naughty or Nice) system, swiping was just not his thing and he just didn't trust the GPS. 

Panic and frustration ensued with the Elven IT folk, who tried in vain to teach Santa how to use the system.  Finally, a the very last minute, to ensure timely delivery of presents to the nice and coals to the naughty.. Santa fell back on his trusty lists and Rudolph's nose.

Couple of days for composition and posing, postwork limited to creation of new textures for signs.  Rendered in Marmoset Toolbag
