Entry #4

I love the Christmas Carol story. The first thing I thought of was the various depictions of the ghost throughout all the movie interpretations. I had several ideas but ultimately, I thought about where the ghosts might come from and how often they have to visit people throughout time. Creating their lair, a sort of bright and shiny home, was the first part of the image. I followed up with them getting together to look upon their next subject, in this case, a man working in the modern day. So this is really two scenes brought together.

I endeavored to make the modern scene dark, somber colors where the ghost realm is bright and snowy. There are several layers of ghost, background, globe and alternative scene at work here, each one brought together for post work.
