Christmas is a beautifully busy season - but when a few toys are misplaced in Santa's workshop and miss their ride, they have no choice but to hit the road to find their way to their forever homes with the children who wished for them! The toy soldiers are excellent mapmakers and scouts, which is a good thing because the Reindeer Games doll is pretty sure that Cocoa Bear is directionally challenged. Will they make it in time? Will the magic of Christmas give them the love and joy to stay strong? Well, I'm pretty sure that what they're looking for is closer than they know...
This took about a week of time stolen from Christmas preparations (shh, don't let Santa know his cookies might be store-bought this year!) in Daz3D, with a little postwork in PS (mostly to tidy the bear's fur which wanted to be very manly and grow right through his sweater). I will confess that I have never placed so many individual lights before in a picture (21 for the light string up front alone!) I did have a crash right near the end of my layout, but thankfully I have been learning to be paranoid and to save constantly, especially with the LAMH fur. For all the lights, my render time was under 2 hrs, much better than I feared.
I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas!
