“Once upon a time”

They all gasped and stopped dead in their tracks at once, could it be true, were they imagining it? They had been traveling for days, and were ready to give up, when all at once, there it was. All the legends were true! 

An opportunity for adventure like this comes once in a lifetime, once in a hundred lifetimes. Cindy had more courage than sense. Little Jean-Claude reached his little paw up on Cindy’s leg to tell her to stop. Mr Nibbles tried to caution her, “lets think about this, it could be dangerous,” he stammered, “maybe we should go back and pack a few things to take with us.” But there was no stopping her, and that meant they were going too... and this is how their adventure began...
