Whilst sorting through the possessions of my wife's grandmother after her passing this doll was found hidden away in an old jewellery box of hers.  The story behind the doll is unknown.  I always found the expression on the painted face unsettling.  I'm sure there is the premise for a horror movie here somewhere.
