A collectible doll from the game Bioshock. The game features characters known as Little Sisters, young girls genetically altered and mentally conditioned to harvest ADAM (a chemical substance to rewrite genetic material) from corpses around Rapture. Despite their ghoulish appearance, the Little Sister retains some of their innocence by showing them assembling this doll out of ordinary objects some would call trash. A doll to resemble their protector "Big Daddy".
