The old dead captain is travelling in time and meets his younger self. No digital Effects are used. A fog machine, blue spotlights, candle lights and a low shutter speed with a camera on a tripod while the young captain is sitting motionless and the older one is walking behind him. A very old school technic for creating a ghost effect.
