Spoiled

She had been spoiled from an early age. Her parents always bought her, her favourite foods and showered her with gifts every chance they got. Whatever she asked for, she got, even if she would grow bored and throw it away a day later. It didn’t matter how rare it was, or how expensive, they always found a way to get it for her.

The cost of that was nothing compared to what would happen if she wasn’t satisfied, even for a second. They’d already seen that once. And that was enough to convince them to never, ever allow that to happen again.
