Victoria 3 with the ectasy red neon geisha mat applied. The helmet and chain boots are from nerd stuff, dark boots are the darkworld's bad girl outfit. Used parts of the outlander armor, the questor swords from daz's freebies, wild angel hair modified and the bottoms and sephiriel armor are from aishastuff. I used a great variety, pieced it all together to get what I wanted, post work was done in photoshop elements.
