The wings are the darkworlds fallen angel wings. The crown is the dark crown from specs2stuff and the grass and gate from 3DS, the simplemoon prop I can't recall where I got it from (sorry). Reflection maps and tex's are just those lying round, applied with lighting for the best effect.
