That's Igor the faithful servant of Dr. Hugo. Igor Died accidently on the lab of Dr.Hugo because of some extremely acid liquid covered his right side. He was a perfect speciment for Dr.Hugo's experiment. Igor was the first step towards the cyborg army Dr. Hugo was planning to make. By Abdullah AL-Maosharji.
