But intellectual rights and property should be respected and shouldn't be passed around as free. I don't think Napster was shut down because of bandwidth. It was because people were getting something for free that they should have paid for. I mean, if a group released an album and one person bought it and posted it on a share to Napster and the rest of the world got it for free, why would that group and music label release another album? Now, if someone creates something and gives it away, great! But if it's for sale, it should be purchased. After all, where would E-on be if 10 people purchased the software and all the rest of the users got it free off a web share? Like you said, though...he's probably working on a new game somewhere. (I HOPE it's MOO 3...I'm tired of waiting !! LOL)
