The Mil Girls use the same UV map as Vicky, so the textures are compatible. But I think there's something different about the mapping. I've noticed Victoria MAT files don't work perfectly on the Kids - there's always a couple of things I have to set manually after applying a MAT that works perfectly with Vicky.
