Rorschach, during the Midnight Suns story arc and in the books, there were at least THREE versions of Ghost Rider/Blaze/Johnny Blaze/SPirit of Vengeance/whatever (I followed the press about it and the covers, but didn't read the books), and this does look a lot like ONE of the characters, I THINK the current Ghost Rider, but I'm not 100% sure.
