I did have the same problem when I ordered Poser 4. It turns out the service they use puts a hold on the funds. My problem was my zip code changed after I had gotten my card. Of course, the records showed that I had entered a wrong zip code, as I entered the correct zip code, and not the zip code that my bank had in their records. I went to my bank, and found out what happened. They couldn't do anything specific, but they did tell me when the holds expired. It was a matter of about 4 days total from the time I originally placed the order. I know this doesn't help you specifically, but I would hazard a guess that unless you got confirmation of a sucessful transaction, you probably haven't ordered any copies as far as Curious Labs is concerned. The problem seems to lie with the credit card service that Curious Labs uses. I know it is a pain, but it is intended to protect the buyer and seller from fraud. Sometimes, it is handled badly however.
