First, that's not a credit card, that's a debit card if you are paying money in advance. Second, that's a bank card problem... your card... not anything to do with CuriousLabs. I've dealt with screwy banks, too, but not blamed the merchant. Until they are informed by the bank that you've paid for the product, you haven't really ordered it. Talk to your bank and get that fixed.
