And, sorry if this is scary, but you should check your credit report every month for a while. I've lived through something like this, in my case the merchant (Adobe) was at fault, they charged multiple times then they credited, then did it again, then credited then did it again.... Finally, it was misrepresented in the credit report. Be careful and good luck. Q
