hauksdottir, You work for curious Labs don't you, He he, Just kidding, I think it is a bank card problem too. rules banks have on bank cards. 1, the bank card will continue to order if you continue to repeat the transaction, drawing directly from your account. 2, the transactions are on hold until the transactions post to your account. 3, if your account goes ISF/NSF Where you do not have enough funds to cover all your transactions, the bank will freeze your card and your account and send you a notice informing you that you are over your account limit and that you owe them 29 dollars for each transaction that put you over the limit. What you do is you contact curious labs and ask them to take all copies off your order except one and that they should credit your account for the other 9 copies you did not want, Also notify your bank of the transaction error and that you notified the vendor to return your credit. Sorry Curious Labs your all wrong on this one, Curious labs could write you a check and refund your money if going through thier bank is so aggrivating, But you would still have to wait until the transaction posts, this could take a few days.
