If you want to make an animated gif from poser, you can save the movie as individual files, then import them into Photoshop/imageready (if you have that) and make one. I went looking around Quicktime Pro (briefly) and don't see a way to export to animated GIF. I have noticed several little apps that make them on www.versiontracker.com, namely gifbuilder. I think it's mac only, might want to check.
