We have yet to come up with a perfect system for AOM and AOY. The members vote for AOM and therefore do have the overall input in who makes it to the AOY. We have tried different methods over the last 2 years and this current one seems to be the most fair that we have found. We are always interested in how we could make it a better, fair system.
