You'll probably hear from them in the next day or so. I had a similar problem last week (also on a weekend) but they fixed it. They're especially busy this time of year. But just to be sure, you should email Reba, she's the one that usually handles these things.

Hi, does anybody know if there is anybody at Daz today? I purchased Vicky 3 on Friday along with a few other items, I was able to download the other items, but, due to a few problems with the Internet cutting me off I was unable to complete the Vicky download. Told I had used all my credits up, sent email to Daz on Friday, then again today but no reply. Is there anybody at Daz today who could possibly help out? I would have loved to experiment over the weekend, Ive got morphs and skin but no Vicky to try them on :(
