Moonbiter, Stright from Daz3d Vicki3 features list: Vicki3 comes with V3 to V2 Cr2 and OBJ Backwards Compatibility for use with V1/V2: -Poses -Clothing and Accessories -Maps -Compatible with V3 Head Morphs The Vicki3 to Vicki2 Cr2 and Obj are included in the BASE Vicki3 package. You can use Vicki3 Head Morphs (face) with the V3 to V2 and use ALL your V2 clothes. ONLY thing you can not do is use Body morphs with the V3 to V2. Daz3d I don't think wanted to alienate anybody, so they included this FREE, PLUS, u can get UVMapper files for applying V2 textures to Vicki3 just have to follow directions on thier site.
