As for 20 ISP accounts, over here most charge for calls by the minute at a fairly similar rate, so it wouldn't actually cost anything to run 20 different accounts. And as far as closing the voting to members who join after the poll opens, please give us a while to go over the ideas that are coming up. If we give a knee-jerk reaction we're going to look even worse in your eyes.
