And then write to them and ask how the best way to go about getting a feather would be - mayhaps one can send you a shed primary. If your frinds on the tribal rolls [and if they're a blood who's earned the right to wear an eagle feather, they should be], they can write to or contact the Sioux tribal council and ask for reccomendations on where to get an actual feather.
